HarperLloyd Recruitment is partnering with a well-regarded national firm to find a Legal Assistant to join their Employment & Industrial Relations team in Sydney.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit, supportive team of 6 lawyers working on a broad range of workplace and employment matters. With strong systems in place and no billing responsibilities, this role offers a structured and balanced environment for a Legal Assistant looking to build long-term stability.
About the Role
You’ll provide administrative and practice support to up to three lawyers within a busy Employment Law team.
This role is focused on core legal support and team coordination, allowing you to focus on doing what you do best, without the pressure of billing or research tasks.

Who You’ll Be Working With
You’ll be joining a collaborative Employment & Industrial Relations team made up of Directors, Senior Associates and Solicitors. There are 3 other legal assistants in the team to work alongside.
The team is known for being supportive, structured and approachable, with strong internal processes and additional administrative support to ensure workloads are manageable.
